Starting his career from his country, the Philippines, he has made marks from countries in Asia all the way to Middle East.Truly a master of his craft, Chef Dan had served several other highly reputed hospitality establishments on a global scale, with the University of the Philippines Asian Institute of Tourism, JW Marriott Hotel in Jedaah, K.S.A., the Yemen Hotels Company- Bilquis Mareb Hotel, ( Sanaa Sheraton Hotel) both in Yemen Republic, President Hotel, The Grand Hotel, Holidayinn Asiaworld Plaza Hotel in Taipei, Taiwan, Republic of China, The Rockwell Club in the Philippines, Top Catering Est/ Abu Dhabi Health and Fitness Club in United Arab Emirates, Safir Marina Hotel and Crowne Plaza Hotel in Kuwait and back again to Manila joined at Century Park Hotel ( formerly Sheraton Hotel ), Al Siddiqi Hospitality The Noodle House, Jumeirah Brand, Doha, Qatar, and currently connected with City Seasons Hotel, Muscat, Oman to name a few. A name to reckon with in Asian- Fusion Cuisine, he also specializes in French and Italian cooking, and even has a knack for Fruit Carving. Although born and raised on Asian soil, Chef Daniel seems to have his heart reserved for things Western. If he were to go to a restaurant, not to cook but to have his fill, he would probably pick an Western dish.
